Small Changes for Health via MeYouHealth.com

Last week, I was invited to participate in the Daily Challenge on a site called MeYouHealth.com. Each day, MeYouHealth sent me mini-challenges focused on health and wellness. They were always easy to do and often kind of fun too. Before I knew it, the week was over and I really enjoyed making small changes to improve my overall well being.
